Hello!
I’m Mason Hicks
I’m a marketing leader, creative director, and lifelong maker born and raised in Wadsworth, Ohio. I studied graphic design at the University of Akron, where I developed the creative foundation that continues to shape how I approach marketing, branding, and problem-solving today.
I currently lead marketing for Hanna Commercial Real Estate’s Ohio operations, overseeing marketing strategy, creative direction, and project execution across multiple offices. My experience spans brand strategy, integrated marketing, digital campaigns, content development, analytics, and creative leadership. I enjoy bringing together the strategic and creative sides of marketing to solve problems, build stronger brands, and create work that delivers results.
Outside of my professional career, I’m an avid woodworker and outdoorsman. I own and operate Hicks Woodworks, where I design and build furniture, wood bowls, décor, and other projects. I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands, and woodworking has become one of my favorite creative outlets. My love for the outdoors also continues to influence how I think creatively and spend my free time.
When I’m not working or in the shop, I enjoy renovating our home, mountain biking, hiking, camping, and spending time with my wife, Amelia, our dog Luna, family, and friends.
