Passov Group is a full-service commercial brokerage located in Beachwood, Ohio.

My job was to oversee the graphic design team, manage and delegate the workload for the entire marketing department. Create marketing materials for subsidiaries while maintaining brand standards, for both the commercial brokerage side and the start-up branding agency. Commercial brokerage consisted of designing flyers, brochures, email marketing, social media, and taking property photography and videography with cameras/drones, while also managing and upkeeping 100+ active listings on four real estate platforms and databases.
